Hello everyone, this will be a short blog as I wanted to update you all. It was a great Month of April. Earlier this year, I was approached by a Councilmember and the Mayor of San Jose to create the first-ever Autism Awareness Month Flag. I will be honest, it was a surprise at first, but it was definitely an honor. From creating the first proclamation declaring April as Autism Awareness and Acceptance Month three years ago to now raising the first-ever Autism Awareness Month Flag, it was an honor to have been chosen.

Being able to see the flag raised and driving by City Hall, watching it wave in the air has been something empowering. The city is moving towards awareness and acceptance. After that, me and my company was honored by the city of San Jose and received a commendation for the work we have been doing.

So many great things are happening with the autism community and I am excited for whats in store the rest of the year.
